1) Acceptance of Terms and Motive

By downloading, accessing, or using Milo (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and Motive (the "Motive"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App, sincere request.

Motive
This application is designed to help people—particularly introverts—initiate communication in unfamiliar environments and social contexts. It connects users with individuals who have legal, ethical, and positive intentions, and supports those who may feel hesitant to approach others directly or unsure whether someone is open to being contacted and shares at least one common interest.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18+ years old to use the App.
• You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law and that your use complies with local regulations.

3) Accounts

A. Sign-in & account security

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account access. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

B. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information (including profile details) and keep it updated.

C. Account deletion

In the app, click on Profile → ≡ → Delete Account to request deletion of your account. To withdraw, within 90 days, please email us at [email protected] to instruct us to cancel deletion of your account or else, after 90 days, upon verification, we delete your account data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

All of your data (including, but not limited to, uid, name, profile picture, connections, streaks, etc) will be completely deleted from our servers.

4) The Service

The App enables discovering nearby users and sending connection requests with single message, managing incoming requests, and editing your profile and interests.

• We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We do not guarantee that you will find matches or connections.

5) Location-based Features

If you enable location permission, the App may use your location (or a derived geohash) to show nearby users. You can disable location permission at any time in device settings, which will terminate the nearby discovery service immediately.

• Do not use the App in a way that compromises your safety or others’ safety.
• We do not share your exact address publicly; proximity features may still imply general location.

6) Community Standards & Conduct

You agree not to:

1. 1. Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse others, or encourage violence or self-harm.
2. 2. Post or send content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or violates others’ rights.
3. 3. Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
4. 4. Spam, solicit, or attempt to scam users.
5. 5. Collect user data without permission, scrape, or attempt to deanonymize location.
6. 6. Upload malware, reverse engineer the App, or attempt unauthorized access.
7. 7. Create fake/false/illegal/misrepresenting accounts.
8. 8. Fake location

7) User Content

A. Your responsibility

You are responsible for content you create, upload, or send (including profile info, photos, and single message attached while sending connection request). Do not upload content you don’t have rights to use.

B. License to operate the service

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Service (e.g., showing your profile to nearby users).

C. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use it without restriction or compensation.

8) Reporting & Enforcement

We may (but are not obligated to) review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations. Also:

• 1. We may preserve evidence for legal or safety reasons.
• 2. We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

9) Third-party Services

The App may rely on third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In and Firebase). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data from users.

11) Intellectual Property

The App, its branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by Aquesa Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App including assets of it (Ex: Logo) unless permitted.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, or for legal/security reasons. You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account as described above.

13) Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• User interactions are your responsibility. Use caution when meeting or communicating with other users.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquesa Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aquesa Solutions Private Limited from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Andhra Pradesh, India shall alone have the full jurisdiction.

17) Miscellaneous

• Severability
  If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Assignment
  We may assign these Terms as part of a merger/acquisition.
• Force majeure
  We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
• Entire agreement
  These Terms + Privacy Policy form the entire agreement.
